Official M3 Sighting Thread

Monday 12/22 at 11am, spotted an AW E90 M3 in an alley parking garage behind the 7-11 shopping plaza on corbin and Ventura Blvd. in the SFV.

The mods were: OEM blacklines, color-matched reflectors, gloss black mirror caps, matte black grills, and also a CF roof wrap. Looked great!

Belong to anyone on here?

Drove a bit with a tinted, black e93 m3 on hawthorne earlier tonight around 8:15pm. Said hey to each other.. I was in the mineral white M4

White E92 in Huntington Beach turning North onto Beach just south of 405 fwy Wednesday 920pm. I was in the Interlagos Blue E92.

Wait, so why did you buy that car in that case? For handling? Then why didn't you buy the 1M? or maybe a lotus....

By all means i'd prefer the m3, but watching a new M get spanked by a 535i is just fun.

I should also add on to that idea of self importance. You can't possibly say that to a person who drives a 5 series. Its a saloon for an average business man.

Words about a hope for self importance should not be coming from a person who's driving a flashy loud V8 performance car which costs nearly 90 thousand dollars brand new. You are sadly mistaken.

Woooooowwww you really have to be careful on the M sub forum. No wonder BMW underrated the n54/55, they feared it would be faster than the M's. But they didn't predict the amount of butthurt it would cause. Soz guise soz. I really do respect the M's, but God damn some of these drivers are straight up pricks. I was simply asking if he was on the forum.

... N54 is a whole different animal.

Even stock for stock. It pulls harder. The n55 is nice and smooth. If you drive them back to back youll notice instantly how much the 55 is tamed down. I was really let down buy. We'll see how the n55 replacement coming next year will be. Should be 40-50hp more

I could see that with a 6 speed trans. I guess the n55 with the new 8 speed gives it a better advantage.

White E92 driving south on Beach towards Garden Grove Blvd at 11:15am Saturday. Lowered, with carbon fiber trunk lip, carbon fiber rear diffuser, carbon fiber side mirrors.
