Just ordered 2 for the house

Can't wait to get these all set-up in time for Forza 3. I'm going Xbox360 over PS3 for 4 reasons:
1. Forza 2 is good, and 3 looks great
2. Grid is an enjoyable driving game
3. I have lost all faith in Gran Turismo ever being released
4. XboxLive is simply better than PS Net for when I am not playing side-by-side

Now...what TV size do I go with? 32? 37? 40?

How big is the room? I wouldn't go less than 50" given the TV prices nowadays.

55" Samsung LED 240Hz - looks sick and can be had for about $2900 shipped.

I agree...instead of the Samsung 240Hz I would go with Sony 240Hz; but that is just my personal taste. In the end, a 240Hz is like having Zeus, the God of Gods, in your home entertainment system.

I am going to run a 2 monitor setup for a side-by-side racing setup ala the old school arcades, so it is gonna have to be something of the LCD variety. I dont want to go too nuts since I already am buying 2 more 360s, 2 wheels, etc.

For what it's worth, I would agree w/ the plasma comment only when talking about something high end like the old Kuro's. For gaming plasma's have always left me....underwhelmed I suppose. Didn't seem that much better than a good LCD, at least not so much better to jump the price.

My main is a Sony 60" LCOS projection. I love that thing, but am holding out for sony to make a 70" LCD

Performance, yes LED and LCD have their own pros but for the best flat panel picture money can buy Pioneer still dominates.
