HRE P1 Series

Havent noticed much talk about these yet. The 101 looks like the bbs fi to me. Seriously considering the 101 or 104 as my next set of wheels.

Love it. I've been drooling over the S101's all day. But the $2200 per wheel price tag is ridiculous to me.

The only thing I'd miss from the S101 would be the 2 tone color I'd go for.

Anyone got a price on these P101?

Really? That's only $1k less than the S101... aka still way out of my league unfortunately.

Geez
Well thanks for the heads up. That's why too rich for me. I'll just refinish my C20s instead.

Damn those guys! I considered the 101's in brushed titanium, they're very aggressive looking. Stellar wheels!

Yup and they are going to get to a point where folks just will not spend that type of money and in the long run will lose sales.

ANY WHEEL is not worth more than $1000 a piece. I don't care who you are or what your pedigree is. I have been buying wheels since 1990 and remember Volk 18 inch TE37s going for $450-$550 a piece. To me that is normal. Now at $1200 a piece for the same wheel is unacceptable, period. But we still spend the money like dummies. lol

Wheels are nice no doubt but in reality they are a $900 a piece wheel.

While I agree to a certain extent (I refuse to pay silly prices like that, thus why I buy used), that was 23 YEARS ago haha.

Gas is no longer under $1 a gallon

I was thinking of these for my 991 C4S till I got a quote. Forgeline can do a similar wheel for 30% less roughly.

There's plenty of companies making similar style for less money though

I have seen these in person at HRE and they are GORGEOUS! But for the price, I would get the real deal FIs.

TOTALLY agree. HRE's are super nice but BBS Euro forged from the racing wheel factory is a whole nother level.
