What kind of loaners do they give out? 135? 335?

That depends.

When I've taken mine there for service I've been given a white manual 550i and a black auto 550i, no charge. I see some folks getting Kia's or 135i's, that may be the standard...

If you purchased the car from South Bay it will help. Also helps if you know the SA.
