The owner of the E90 was in a bit of a hurry, and installed the bootlid himself rather quickly, and wasn't concerned too much about fitting the bootlid just right. There's a bit more adjustment to be done, but I assure you, once the latch is adjusted properly, the bootlid fits perfectly.

Ilia is right.... just got mine installed and with some patience and minor adjustments here and there... it looks perfect.... pictures will be up after a photoshoot...

Those last photos must have been retouched. The black M3 looks like it's body is made of liquid metal. Astounding! Who detailed it?

After I drive up from Indianapolis, IND does a wash and small detail for the photoshoots. Other than that I usually detail it myself. It must have about 12-15 coats of Zaino. It's not perfect like a professional detailer but it does the job. Thanks for the compliment.

I don't know ... it looks like a pro detail job to me. I suppose the 12 - 15 coats of Zaino explains it. I thought doing more than 3 or 4 coats wouldn't make a difference, but I can see now that it sure does.

That's got to be the best looking M3 I've seen, even if it just in pics. Enjoy.
