Getting close to wrapping the car in Brushed vinyl. Anyone done this yet?

I'm being told the brushed vinyl is much harder to lay that matte or gloss due to alighing the brush strokes. Has anyone done this, had it done, or seen a car wrapped in brushed in person? I'm wondering how the front bumper is done and how the hood is done because somewhere you'll have grains in opposite directions.

I think the brushed colors are the latest trend in the latest trend and not finding much info at all online.

I've seen a motorcycle wrapped in a combo of brushed and carbon vinyls. The brushing looked cool but like you said, matching the grain was an issue on a few complex shaped pieces. It was a really well executed idea but just didn't look right.

There's an M6 and M3 in Dallas that has it. It looks bad. Awful. Terrible.

I see a problem with stretching the vinyl in certain curves/angles where the distortion ends up making those area look "off".

Does is look bad because the grains dont align or because the material itself looks terrible?

I saw a GT-R wrapped in it a couple weeks back at the Airstrip Attack. The wrap was really well done but it looked terrible. I would not do it.
