Who is going, who is not going? Worth it, not worth it? Anybody have an inside track on the hotspots, or places 'to be'? |

I've been twice so far. I'd love to go again, but we are saving up for M School in Spartanburg.

I have been many times, for parties after the track, Crescent st. downtown is the place to be.
Seats on the hairpin are some of the best, if you have the means getting a paddock pass is the best thing in the world... take the train to the track, the fastest, cheapest way to get there. and there some great places to eat in old Montreal. If you are a Formula 1 fan there is not a better place to see a race

I am going, flying from California. My first F1 race! I got tickets on grandstand 11. I wish I had means of paying for paddock access, but it is a little bit too much for now

I will be attending, one of the best racing events in NA is held in Montreal for the GP, best seats in my opinion will be at
1- Hair Pin "Epingle" section 15 or 24 2- Senna Corner 11-12 the most expensive seats "Gold" for 1-2-3 offer only access to the pits actions and start grid otherwise for racing fans they don't offer much for passing on on track actions. keep in mind that at this time most of the good seats has been sold and options might be limited. Support races are equally fund at the GP, I already have my seats and look forward to a great race. |

Looks like Tiesto and Guetta are also in town at New City Gas...
Paddock Club is insanely crazy expensive, 5k!!!! I just might be in Montreal, I plan to go Friday, warmup and practice days are my favorite. I also might try to sneak around on Thursday...We'll see about Saturday and Sunday. |

Turn 1 Grandstand is awesome!! You get to see pit exit along with the 2 turns that comprise the first section. I walked around a ton as well over the 3 days. Had a blast, this is a must do for any race fan in NA.

For actually watching the race... Not great... There are few grass areas that you can kind of see the track
