FS: Remus Sport Exhaust and OEM E92 M3 muffler

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
Ok, so off of my E92 M3 with a few thousand miles is the Remus Sport Exhaust. This is a great exhaust but I am selling it because I have a Vorsteiner titanium exhaust now. You can see pictures of it on my car here. I will sell it WITH the OEM pipes so that you don't have to hack off your original muffler, it will be bolt-on. Because of the size and weight, I will be selling this local in SoCal only. Don't ask me to ship it because I will not. Pickup can take place in Orange County or near the Ventura County/LA border, you'll have to schedule it with me. Price is $1250.

I also have the OEM E92 M3 muffler, the pipes are hacked off for the Remus system. $25 takes it.

So I could just replace my oem exhaust with yours and not have to cut anything at all?

That's correct. The Remus system was taken off of the car with the OEM pipes still attached. It's straight bolt-on now and it might need minor adjustment on your car. It's adjusted fine for my car. You can remove your entire muffler assembly and just swap it with my Remus system.

Hey badfish,

It's a sport

There were many inquiries lately about the sport but we're unfortunately only getting the RACE in stock so this is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to grab a sport remus, it was in great hands!

BUMP! The exhaust is in very good condition. I moved it to Long Beach this weekend and it's ready for pickup in Long Beach now at my friend's house. Anywhere else and it will be by special arrangement and I really don't want to lug these around anymore. The tips just need some chrome polish and they will look like new again but they just have water spots on them now. The only defects I can see is that the black paint has some chips in it on the underside where the exhaust was set on the floor of the exhaust shop. It's really not noticeable as the only part you can really see since the exhaust is so well designed is the tips. The section of the muffler where the tips meet the muffler has one spot where the paint flaked off. This can be easily fixed with high temp paint which actually a lot of muffler shops have at their disposal when you have them bolt the exhaust on.

I have some pics of the muffler on my camera phone but I can only retrieve them with a data cable so I will try to do that tomorrow. These pictures were from when the exhaust was first installed.

Does it fit the E90 or just the E92?

You must be a pretty serious Sublime fan, btw.

It fits the E90 as well but you will want to hack off the E90 muffler and use your OEM pipes. My pipes are for the E92 and it will bolt onto an E92 without having to hack. I think if you try to bolt onto an E90 the tips will stick out too far.

Yes, I am a big Sublime fan. My name is Bradley and I even grew up in Long Beach.

I don't need your stock exhaust at all. It's a straight up sell...
