What are these parts called and can a replacement be ordered?

New M3 owner here and I'm slowly correcting the small issues that come with a 12 year old car. I have this issue as well. 2011 ZCP E90 without cold weather package or folding bench and I'm missing 2 of the 4 buttons. Did anyone ever find a part number for this?
