Pisses me off because I'm going to have to hear about it from my boss, who's a raging Giants fan. Of course, he was able to make it to the game. I only got to see the last quarter because.......oh yeah, I was working. I wouldn't even know what to do with myself if I got to leave the office before 9 pm.
At least Dallas Clark gave me the bazillion points I needed to beat my wife's fantasy team this week. She will never beat me in a drinking game and she will never beat me in fantasy football.

Is it just me, or has this forum been very slow and boring lately. I mean, I don't see as much people involved in posting as much since the past few days...

well from my lifetime of living in texas, i find that even after the worst droughts, it all eventually evens out. when we had that drought in dallas 3 years ago (i think) that i thought we'd never recover from, it rained from march until the middle of july the following year seemingly non-stop. that topped off the lakes and everything was good to go. san antonio and austin need all the rain they can get, though.

GOOD NEWS!!!
After calling and bugging Fedex 5-6 times, they made a 'special' exception for me to pick it up today before 8 PM!!! So I should be getting a call SOON, so that they'll let me know when it gets there!! btw, I'll probably take my mom/dad's SUV or Mini van to pick up that BIG KAHUNA!!!! LUCKY ME!!! |
