New M3 Owner
Hello all!
Got my "new to me" 2008 M3 back in March of this year, and so far I love it. Bought it with 14,000 miles on the clock. I sold my 2008 Nismo 350z with a balls out 300 rwp v6 that was a track monster. Got sick of the whole JDM thing and decided to get the car that I have always wanted but wasn't within my reach, an E92 M3! It is interlagos blue with the grey extended novillo leather, premium package, no edc (), cf roof, and no nav. Im a simple kind of person and i like to roll around with less weight. Since I have had it, I have added Autoteknic hood grills, side M3 grills, carbon fiber front splitters (BMW), rear performance spoiler (BMW), and the GTS wheels (authentic). Also powdercoated my calipers yellow and did a custom secondary pipe delete. Just got the oil changed, new spark plugs, new tranny fluid and new rear diff fluid all under warranty! Next mods are Megan Racing exhaust (just cause everyone here says they sound great, and I agree..), turner motorsports test pipes, and a tune. So far I love the car, but I am itching for more! I know. Tough VA laws. But...its not drilled into the bumper Special thing I found through a friend of mine that just uses 3m tape under where the lower grill is, with a special mechanism that allows various ranges of motion to set the plate.

Love the blue and wheels, but I'd take mine w/o the yellow calipers and front ///M badge. Welcome and enjoy the ride. Mod slow so you get more enjoyment out of it

Nice, Clean Car. Simple but purposeful. Sometimes I wish i DID NOT get navigation and I-drive in my car. I like the clean and simple look of the dash without the navigation and, in my opinion, the navigation sucks.
My car is a SSII sedan but very similarly modded with the BMW CF Splitters, BMW Performance Spoiler, OEM GTS Wheels and BMW Black Grills.

I think you need another M badge on the other grille to balance it out.

Also, what do you all recommend as far as lowering springs? I have been looking into it, and a lot of owners say to make sure that the springs are "comparable" to the OEM ones, as far as having the stops on it? If I got H&R Race Springs, would this work? Thoughts, please!
