I don't see how this would get deleted... this is a contest to help a fellow member. It's not like anyone is actually going to use that other site over this one, it's just to vote.

Also there is nothing in the forum rules about this kind of post being wrong.

I'm just saying, my friend made this thread and it was deleted, so in the interest of fair moderation, this should either be deleted or the other one should be opened again. I recently had a discussion in PM with a mod about inconsistent moderation, to which he claimed this was members perceiving this incorrectly. In the 4 or 5 days since that discussion, a prime example of such appears. I don't think I'm perceiving anything incorrectly

yea I got mine deleted just now from my local section... it has nothing to do with helping out another forum... it is all about the votes... Clearly bimmerpost is far superior to that one... there are like 3 threads in that one besides the contest one... Mods show some consideration and vote for me too! I'll close this thread on friday if you don't want it up, no worries!

Weird...so chat threads are allowed in the regional sections, almost completely not car related...but car related vote threads aren't, but are in OT, the section not having to do with cars or BMWs...I don't get it.
