Radi-CAL front rotor: 27.90 lbs
Stock M3 front rotor at 21.2 lbs

Radi-CAL front caliper: 13.80 lbs
Stock M3 front caliper at 12.7 lbs

Radi-CAL rear rotor: 20.35 lbs
Stock M3 rear rotor at 19.3 lbs

Radi-CAL rear caliper: 9.85 lbs

I figured these brakes would be lighter than stock. hmmmmmm

The stock brakes with respect to other cars is not that heavy. Given that the AP Radi-CAL brakes are extremely large, the weight gain is partially acceptable. It really is a matter of what one wants.

True. I assumed bbk's saved weight. I suppose my assumption was based on no real knowledge though lol….

Most bbks don't save weight. The increase in rotor size offsets what is lost in the other components. The ST kits are barely lighter than the OEM parts. You gain increased thermal capabilities and stopping power. For taking on the few pounds or not losing much depending on what you're buying. There's always carbon ceramics.
