Not my video.

I do have a video system and I highly recommend getting one.
It's very cool to have remote viewing on my cell phone or laptop from anywhere in the world.

Only problem is the software sucks on most of the DVRs.

Next I'm getting the electronic door lock accessible through internet and probably will go with the Mi casa verde vera 2 home automation system.

I applaud FedEx for responding correctly to this, and resolving the matter amicably to satisfy the customer.

Probably better than some BMW Dealerships would handle things....

Hate to be a downer, but when you live in a world where that sort of video gets around to millions of people within a matter of hours, you cannot afford NOT to respond. Take it for what it is, and realize that what Mathew Thornton really cares about is his bottom line.

Never had an issue with FedEx but UPS "knocks" on my door by throwing the package at it then sprinting down the stairs.

Between that sounding like, "I want to be sure that my bottom line doesn't get hurt too bad" and the fact that all he could say about the guy was "That employee is no longer working with customers" tells me that he could give a shit less about what actually happened there and more that they got caught.

And yet still, plenty of incidences go without response. I agree with you, though I think this sort of thing should be a standard.

I didn't even watch his response, I just made a blanket assumption based on the world that we live in today. Does that guy really care about that other guys computer monitor..?

All anyone wanted to hear was that guy saying the driver was beaten, sliced and his pubes lit on fire before he was fired. That ain't never gonna happen, so we get PC guy apologizing. Snore.

First of, I have no idea how the guy didn't have to sign for a monitor? My hero cam came in today and I only paid $280 for it and I had to sign. The guy from Fedex that came though was beyond humble today lol.

my guess is the owner didn't care cuz the monitor was prolly in perfect working order as these things are packaged tighter than a tight condom... but i would still go raise hell
