I am wondering what type of fuel do you guys pump your car with at the gas station? 94? 91?

91 as it is the only option. Not many places in Canada where you can get 94... if you can you are lucky!

We openly get 94 at every Husky here in YYC but it contains ethanol so Shell V-Power is the only way to go

Shell 91. And I have the Chevron 94 option across the street. My E60 N54 engine didn't like the Chevron 94 and BMW Canada forced me to switch to Shell 91 before doing some engine warranty work.

Shell V-Power (91). Have tried Ultra 94 but found it didn't make any difference, no issues with Shell and its recommended by BMW so have stuck with it. Also helps that Shell is the closest gas station to my house.

Shell V-Power here - 91. It has no ethanol and my car loves this stuff. The 94 octane stuff has ethanol in it and makes my car run rough at startup.

Shell V-Power here - 91 ... always used this in my ///M and Z4 cars ... only on long road trips I sometimes had no choice then to use close to it or equivalent (when then only a few dollars to get me to the next Shell Station)
