It would help if you mentioned which state the lawyer needs to practice in.

Not just state, but local jurisdiction. Negotiating a good deal is facilitated by a good relationship with the prosecutor.

Kearney is really good and knows quite a few of the prosecutors for FFX county. He got me out of a pretty messy situation my first year in college. 145/55...go figure lol.
