Just Ordered My E93.....

Okay, I couldn't resist any longer. It's been 5 long years since I turned in my 2002 M3 convertible and, after a 2006 550i and a 2008 550i, I am ready to return. I just put in my order for a 2011 M3 convertible in white/black with every option except DCT, auto high beams, sat radio and smart phone integration. I am pretty set in my choices or at least I was until an Interlagos Blue coupe came into my dealership for service. Grrrrrrrr. It looked great but I was afraid that the color would look old to me after a while and besides, I've wanted a white convertible ever since I traded in my 1980 Corvette back in 1983. That blue sure is hot though. I went with black Novillo leather because it's easy to touch up if it gets scratched or in case the leather starts to show wear. Anyway, I am in status 112 which means my order was accepted and scheduled but hasn't started production so it should be about 8 verrrrrrrry long weeks

Congrats. Alpine White looks excellent on the E92, in my opinion the lines show a bit too much on the hardtop on the E93. I personally would've gone with a darker color like Interlagos Blue or Black. The black interior is an excellent choice with any color exterior in my opinion. Enjoy, your getting an amazing machine. Find something to do with yourself for the next 2 months because they can and will become agonizing.

Congrats and enjoy it when it comes in.

You'll only get 30 posts here telling you to change some aspect before it's too late. You gotta work pretty hard to option a bad M3.

Call me weird but I kind of like the contrast on the roof. To the layman, it takes some of the guess work out of determinig that it's a convertible.

congrats! I always used to look for M3's coming into Prestige BMW... but you guys never carry them or they sell super fast
