OEM Carbon Splitters - Advice Please

I am considering the BMW carbon front splitters for my '11.5 E90 ZCP. Can anyone comment if they sit materially lower than the stock bumper? I am concerned about front clearance on gas station ramps etc.

Thanks.

They're one of the most conservative front spoilers when it comes to clearance. I've had mine on for 2 months and haven't even scratched the underside. I measured it to see if I had the necessary clearance to load it on the Amtrak; no issues. I don't remember the exact height. I'd measure again, but my splitters are at IND getting painted.

Here is a picture of mine, I have never had a problem with them dragging.

I have had them on for over 6 months and live downtown chicago and have had zero issues scraping. I came from the vorsteiner GTS3 front bumper and scraped that everywhere in the city. Wouldn't worry about the splitters

Thanks. Separately, what's your view on the Akra and the ESS tune. Is the exhaust so loud as to be annoying as daily driver? Power gains? Emissions?

Thanks.

Love the evo with the tune. Is great as a daily driver, my wife drives it almost daily and never complains about the exhaust, ever. I definitely feel the power gain when i got the exhaust and tune and have had many positive comments at the track at WOT. For me its the perfect fit for this car, subtle when you want it but a beast when you need it, just like the car. No complaints
