Great collection of data by PG as always.
Thanks for sharing. Just to point out, there was a typo on that chart for WHP(SAEd). It says 328.7, which I assume should be 528.7

This result seems a little low for a car with a higher flow midpipe and rear exhaust. Any idea why? There is one ESS VT-535 out there with a 99mm blower pulley and similar mods that has done just as well as this VT-600. Any idea why? 91 octane? The presence of cats even if high flow aftermarket units?

I guess ESS has exceeded expectations so many times that higher numbers seem common. This VT-535 is doing really well, for example:

Do you have any feedback from past customers/experience on the effects of a SC to a newer M3 (E90 in my case) engine for a prolonged timeframe (3+ years). I am pretty set on putting an ESS low pressure kit (stage 1) in my new E90, but am weary about stressing an already high revving engine for my daily driver over the next 3 years.

Are u talking about wanting to raise the rev limiter? Then get a tune.

Past the rev limiter? you could get it going to the top of 4th and then shift into 3rd... but that would result in Bad Things happening. Or, are you trying to say that you are hitting an early rev limiter?
