Well, 6 mos ago i traded in my E92 M3 for a Lotus Evora. This weekend, i traded the lotus on a Dinan E92 M3. Old car was black, I'm surprised how nice the silverstone looks! Good to be back!

When I first started looking at M3's I did not want a SSII actually that was my absolute last choice. I ended up getting a SSII and I am really glad that I chose that color. I think it shows the lines of the car off really well and it is unique enough to have people double take. Looking Good.

I'm with you. In photos it just looks like a plain old silver.... Boring. In person it has a lot of depth and I love the blue tint. Needless to say I liked it so much that I ordered my car in SSII.

Agreed I never liked it until I seem it in person and that has made me a believer.

And it really only has the hint of blue when under a blue sky. Check out your car during a colorful sunset sometime - it just changes with whatever the color of the light source is beautifully.

And at night, under a street light... Does it get any better?

Has dinan exhaust, suspension, software, strut braces, intake, pedals and floormats. I'm happy with the exhaust note, not too loud, but louder than stock. Suspension upgrade feels awesome. Wish it had the carbon fiber roof though!

I had a black Corvette before I bought mine. In fact every car I ever owned was black...lol..
When I saw my Silverstone ZCP , I knew it was time for a change!! It is hypnotic...and M specific...lol

Congratulation, there are several colors that compliments the M3 fantastic body lines very well and SSII is my favourite and the one I ordered. Still awaiting the spoils from my ED trip: my film SLR photo CDs. Soon to come. It is true SSII changes tint with wathever the color of the light source. It surprised me with a silver coin shine inside the Welt, a diffused colored light at the feet of italian mountain lakes and in the swiss alps crystal pure air near a summit....
