Video added - Turner Test Pipes plus BPMsport Stage II

Well, I took the plunge this week and got both of these installed. Pipes installed Monday and uploaded the tune tonight (Weds). I did a couple highway runs, nothing crazy, just doing some rolling starts and 55-75 pulls tonight, so there's more to learn/experience, but here's what I think.
I won't go on and on and on about this, but it really is amazing what Mike's tune did in conjunction with the pipes. Before the tune you could tell the pipes were doing something, but not a lot. After the tune it's honestly a completely different feeling vehicle...and it's NOT placebo effect. Anyone who says that is not talking from experience.
The best way to describe it is like you're down a gear. At 50 mph, 4th now pulls like you were in 3rd, 5th gear at 60 now feels like 4th at 60. If you want to get out of the slow lane and around someone, you don't have to downshift to blow by them, just drop the hammer. If you downshift and hammer it you may evaporate or enter a time warp.
Long story short, I was expecting a lot from this set up, but I'm seriously blown away. These two mods turn the M3 into something you can now scare your friends with, haha. On the track of course. I never felt much need to get 295 series tires, but now I'm on Tirerack to find grip.
If anyone wants to talk about this, feel free to post on here or PM me.

Here's the clip. Sorry it's so short but you get the point! This is revved to about 4000-4500 rpm, nothing too crazy. I think the sound is pretty true. Enjoy, and I apologize if this just cost you $1500 and a fight with your girl

I forget what differentiates each stage in tune, but is this with stock exhaust?

I believe Stage I is for stock exhaust or at least stock cats. Stage II is what I have since I have Turner Test Pipes. The only part of my exhaust that is stock is the X pipe.
I can't speak to the Stage I tune, but I can't imagine it gives you the same kick in the pants that the TTP's/Stage II does.

I'd be curious to hear/feel the difference between the two setups. Probably very similar. You'll enjoy it....trust me.

I've tried uploading a video but my phone records it in an MP4 which isn't an acceptable format. Anyone got a suggestion? I'll try a converter but if there's an easier way please let me know, thanks!

Does anyone have the OEM exhaust mod and test pipes? I wonder if it would be too loud then? .
In Germany the noise modified OEM exhaust makes with stock cats etc. is already borderline.

Are you referring to a modified x pipe or axle back mufflers?

I see, yeah I'm not familiar with the OEM mod but I can tell you that the Agency Power was quite a bit louder than stock but not obnoxious. I just like the look of aftermarket axle backs better than OEM and the AP/Megan is pretty cheap but seems to be well made. The sound is a bonus but with the TTPs it's a whole new ballgame.

If you are already close to a noise violation then dont do it. I have oem mod with secondary cats removed and its a decent amount louder than just the oem mod. I would imagine removing the primary cats would increase volume even more.

I think the noise level itself while driving carefully is not the problem. The problem is that your right foot can be a bit heavy sometimes and just accelerating up to 4500 rpm with full throttle is quite noisy.

And the police notice ....

Agency Power, good inexpensive axle back system in my opinion.

Sounds Beefy!! Guy from the bmw store stopped by my office today with a delivery. Drove over an E92 DCT with the M performance exhaust. Sounded better than I thought it would but the price is crazy......

I'm getting the test pipes and tune from BPM. Hope the eisenmann race and test pipe isn't too loud???
