Drive Side Mirror is Problem

It almost looks like a fun house mirror and the other sides is perfect. Anyone else having an issue like this? We called the dealership and they said they would replace it (which they did but it was exactly the same) and that they checked another car and it was the same. Has anyone else had this issue?
