That grey on the m4 looks so sick! Reminds me of audi's nardo grey, love it

Would love to hear your opinions on the track-built m3 vs the track-built m4 driving experience.

Could be wrong but im 99% sure it is the KK Automotive/Motorsport24 clubsport airbox. They changed their site (for the worse) so the only picture they have of it now is on their 4.8L car.

i'm curious what the thought process is with the f30 to go with an aftermarket brembo kit as opposed to the factory carbon brake option?

The CCB rotors are very expensive. If used heavily on the track, you'll burn through them quickly and the cost of replacement becomes prohibitive. Conventional iron discs are a much more cost-effective solution for track rats. This will probably change as the cost of producing CCB rotors comes down.

Yep... exactly. Same is true in the Porsche world as well.

Yup. It's too bad, too, because the weight savings and comparative lack of brake dust with CCBs are huge benefits.

You also have far more options for pads with steel than carbon rotors.

do you think bmw would even replace a set if you wore them down before the 50,000 maintenance was up?
