First Track Day - Thunderhill
Hello,
My rear tires are almost at the wear marker's planning on tracking within the month. Front's are at 40-50% Would you recommend running them all the way down at the track or getting new ones before? Michellin PSS Tires Thanks! |

I would run them. Seems like a lot of life left. Especially for first track day, you probably won't be at the limit of the tires or will burn thru them super quick.

You won't go through 50% of your tires in 1 track day unless you're driving very wrong. I wouldn't worry about it.
If in doubt, check it between sessions during the track day to make sure they are ok.
