Just wanted to give Mitch, Service Manager at Coast BMW, a thanks for helping me out.

I was on a drive up to San Luis Obispo, when I had numerous error lights ( dsc malfunction, check engine light, the works ) pop up. I called Mitch, and he told me to come on in and he'd take care of it.

When I arrived, Mitch personally welcomed me, immediately sat me down to sign paperwork, and took the car into the service bay within 5 minutes. Talk about quick service!

They allowed me to speak to the technician working on my car directly, and walked me back to let me observe what was going on. When the tech finished up, Mitch offered me a complimentary wash, which I couldn't resist .

I highly recommend Mitch and Coast BMW. If ever in the San Luis Obispo area and need anything BMW-related, you know who to call! ( 805-786-2938 )
