You drive a E9x M3. You're in your 20's. How?
Let's spill the beans. I am #3. Bought the car used at 28. Dropped serious money on a depreciating asset rather than saving for a house/retirement/get out of debt/marriage/kids. But would do it again in a heartbeat!

Avoided a bad marriage at 24 so at 27 I decided it was time to upgrade from the civic. Bought used so my car payments are only actually a extra hundred bucks a month which is easy to cover

When I bought mine, I was 27 and right out of university (engineering school). I saved and paid cash for a CPO one. M3 has been always my dream car so I had to get it.

early 20s and got a brand new M3. I work for a family owned business. I take zero pay and put all money towards other things.
simply as that, you need family to own a expensive car at a young age. |

I don't agree with this. A lot of M3 owners in their 20s graduated from school and got a good paying job and paid for their cars. I have got $0 from my family since I was 19.

Yes you can easily afford a nice car in your mid to late 20s with a good paying job out of college. anything before college is most likely family helped. I am still in college also.e on a side note i have a good friend who is 19 and started a entertainment based website. makes 200k a year, i kid you not. (i have seen his bank statements) so anything is possible these days. |

Did very well in my high school and managed to get into a very good university, UCI to be exact. So my parents rewarded me!
However the moment my grades slip, I lose everything including my phone lol.
