You will get a CEL for emissions. As mentioned on another thread, we are working on something to eliminate that without a tune. Please be patient in the mean time.

Now, sticky, get your car here soon so you can go kick ass. Cant wait for us to meet up with guys like the rr people. Hehe, we do this full time, eat, breath and sh*t carbon monoxide.........as you saw from today (haha, your eyes were tearing from us dynoing).

Haha, kind of awkward, if someone just walked by at that moment it would have looked like I was crying over dyno numbers.

I can't wait to get my ride there, as you could probably tell how serious I am with my reason for stopping by

A LITTLE OFF TOPIC
not i got the axle back installed. i was wondering does anyone else have a rattling from the interior items in car. i check never is loose but at very low rpm it make awful rattling noise coming from pass side back seat area. it seem as if the exhusat causes to much bass from the car to handle and it make inside sound very cheaply make

This happens with a lot of loud aftermarket exhausts. I had the same thing with my Meisterschaft. Nothing you can do about it other than get rid of the exhaust.

Since I got the exhaust there is alot more rattle. I get some from the center console in the back of my E92.

Still loving mine. Definitely more fun than the stock exhaust. I pretty much get a thumbs up everyday on the road. A random race every now and then. It seems to target a lot of the Porsche Turbos since I am in Irvine/Newport Beach alot.

As for the rattles, I have a bit in my passenger door, and the coins in my ash tray. Not too bad. I think regardless, the car will have rattles, just like any other car, but the exhaust will just exaggerate it more, and also your suspension.

My car rattles like a bitch on cold-start. After that it only rattles sometimes like lugging in 5th at 2k rpm.

Yeah same here. Normally when engine braking down to 2000 RPM is when I hear it the most. It doesn't bother me.

I get rattles left and right, but it is entirely expected. even w/ the less loud RD sport SS exhaust i still got some rattles. A buddy of mine advised me to keep all my covers open, rear center console, ashtray cover it it did minimize it. and try not to keep loose change in the center ash tray, that makes for good jingle bell, but not if u want your car to sound like a well built beast... which it is.

2k rmp is where i seem to get a frequency from the exhaust that is both drone-like and rattles parts that are not very secure in my car.

Yep, design is done and we are working on them as I am posting this. We should be done with this in about 2 weeks.

Those of you who have the first x pipes can send them in within a week and we will do the conversion for $200.

Unless these new X pipes make more power which I can't see as happening I'll stick with Version 1 and software.

They dont make anymore power. We just put two resonators in to bring some of the vibration down. Other than that and the o2 issue, its the same thing

Thanks for the link M3_WC! Yes, it doesn't make additional power but at least you won't have any CEL.

Nice you finally installed resonators! you mean you didn't lose hp? .. I only suggested that like months ago. That means the exhaust might sound better now.
