M3 Lease - should I pull the trigger???

Definitely going to get an M3 by the end of the year. Either going to lease then buy out at the end, or get the M4. Here's what I got:

2013 M3 Coupe
AW//FR (duh)
ZCP
Navi
Heated Seats
Comfort Access

Due at signing: $4500
Monthly: $755
10K/year.... 36 mo

I don't drive much for work.. 10K is more than enough for me.. I'm wondering if I should pull the trigger now or wait to see what December has to offer?! no lease hater postings pls.

***EDIT
Pulled the trigger at $680/mo !

$1500 holiday credit and $750 loyalty cash is available starting today. Plus i think you can get $300 off your lease payment if you signup for a test drive through BMW app. Your SA should be able to guide you through it.

Only applicable if you have a current BMW FS account. If you do, you can sign up and get the voucher code through the BMW Ultimate Drive App on your smartphone or log on to Facebook and do it through there. Also, that $300 is not off the cost of the car. It will be deducted from whatever money is due at signing.

Now for my next decision... ED or standard delivery?!?! I got quotes for both... Definitely going to spend more after going to Germany, but all posts seem to say go for it!

You should still be able to drop that number a bit (remember, your deposit is fully refundable if you're not happy with something)

My MSRP is $68,4xx
(very similar built to yours)

$4,400 out of pocket.

$680 a month

39 months 10k a year.

Damn.. not bad.. I got $680/mo with a $4200 out of pocket, but my MSRP was $66,5xx...

Did you have the $750 loyalty credit? I'm not eligible for that.

Yes I have loyalty and some Hurricane Sandy discount (?).
My M5 was totaled during the flood and that was being financed through BMW Financial.

So your MSRP is $2k lower, which means you should be $60 below my monthly payments with an equivalent down payment (which they are about the same).

Let's take away ~$1k for my discounts which should make it $30 less a month than my payments, so $650 a month for your built. ($30 a month ends up being $1,080 after 36 months).

See if you can tell your dealer that a friend of yours just got the same built for $30 less a month and ask him what he can do. Nothing to lose.

Mine might have been 36 months, not 100% sure.

Anytime!
Congrats on the purchase and.... enjoy the wait!

EDIT: Just put in the order for mine. I'm on the same boat now too... playing to waiting game.
Should go into production next week.
