Have you not read the whole thread? Judgement was passed due to circumstance and the info provided by the media, which likely means he was at fault, until further evidence states otherwise, judgement was made based on logical assumptions, which everyone is entitled to. No one is holding him to a higher standard, in fact, it's the opposite, which is, he is just as susceptible to collisions as everyone else. But, it would not be unfair to expect someone of his stature to exercise better judgement if he is indeed at fault.

Give the guy a break. Judging by the damage to the front of his car, it doesn't seem that bad. Certainly not as bad as the one he damaged in 2009. The M3 is a fast car, and one any one of us could crash, easily.
