Random interior plastic pair pieces that remain a mystery to me

Some may know what I am referring to.

2 small black interior bracket pieces/brackets that always find themselves off - but from where I don't know? Have saved both in lieu of returning to their rightful place one day - just stumbled upon them in a ziplock in my spare parts.

My assumption is bottom portion of the seat somewhere - but know others have probably shared the same so wanted to ask everyone first.

those ARE the missing pieces. 1 on either side of the drivers seat
