Changing belts/tensioners! Change pullys also???

My 2008 m3 has 65k miles I'm taking it to the shop one day this week to have belts and tensioners replaced... Should I be changing my pullys while I'm in there or leave them alone? The car has been whining wile cold under load until warmed up which is the reason I'm taking it in for service

I would use this opportunity to put on an under drive pulley. Otherwise probably no need.
