Help to locate a e92 M3 center console trim coverplate?

I've been trying to locate a center console trim cover for my 2009 e92 M3 and I was told it was 51-45-9-118-703 which I ordered and received. However in the photo below, you can see it has no cutout for the heater button row.

I brought it back and they said that's the only part number for my car. It's obviously not the right piece, I'm looking for a cover that includes the cutout for the seat heater button row, can anyone help? BMW says this is the only part they have in their catalog now.

I can't guarantee it'll be right, but there is one more option according to Real OEM, which is part #51459120979.

FCP Euro also has them for $31.09 (free lifetime replacements if it gets scratched again).

I actually didn't realize this and had been looking for this part too since mine is scratched as well. This post just gave me the push to actually do the research haha good luck, hope this helps!
