Opinions on PPI

Just curious about your thoughts on PPI when purchasing a previously loved M3 that is still under factory warranty. If your purchasing a car (that is still under warranty) from what you can tell was an enthusiast and took great car of it, would you still go about doing just for peace of mind?

If u know the owner maybe not but its not even a significant cost that it would be better to get it done than not
