I think it's a combination of genes and personal commitment. I used to eat and eat and stayed very skinny throughout half of college. I just started eating really late for a while and gained a lot of weight. Then it took me a while to lose about 50-60% of it. Now I'm at the correct weight for my height (not fat, not skinny).

I know 2 guys at work that eats a lot (and I do mean a lot!!) and they are skinny. If you ever saw them eat you'd be in awe. Some people just tend to stay that way while others change with age. I don't know the exact reason as to why...All I know is that most people tend to gain weight after high school and even more weight after college. After marriage? forgetaboutit...

Some of these girls though might have gone through something crazy (family death, heart broken, etc) causing this weight. Theres no way in 2 years people can trash themselves like this unlike something major happened. Just my 2 cents.

Wow, you guys are really picky. In my experience, girls that are heavier try way harder and are generally more fun all around. The really thin ones let you pay for the expensive diner and then go throw it up at the first opportunity.

Plus, you don't end up pushing them all over the bed/floor during sex
