I hope so. I paid for a car with them, but now its being stripped without my consent... I'm slightly exaggerating but still.... I already sent an email to the dealer.

I agree, that is weird. Mine were also mounted on the trunk when I took redelivery. Maybe the person who processed your car at the VPC was new or they had to remove it for some reason and forgot to put them back. I wouldn't want to deal with finding a torx driver in Europe before drop off.
