Cost should be zero. There's a TSB on that issue, and fix consists on changing the whole bulb carrier. But you can easily fix it by lifting the contact points with a jeweler screwdriver or angled pic, and also making the sleeve a bit tighter for better contact. I'd do that, rather than bothering with a dealer, but it's your call. Either way it'll be fixed. Good luck.
