How hard can it be to get an order right?

I ordered a set of 12mm and 15mm wheel spacers from Mod bargains.Geez! They sent me a set of 10mm and 15 mm spacers instead.
Is it that hard to pick an order without screwing it up?
I ordered tires from the tire rack and spacers from mod bargains at the same time on a saturday. The tires were at my house by Wednesday and didn't get the spacers till monday 8 days later, that's more than a week transit time.
Just to find out they f#cked up the order anyway. Now i have to worry about sending the 10mm spacers back to em
Not only they sent me a set of 10mm spacers instead of 12mm's they sent em with no wheel bolts.

I've pry puchased over $7,000 worth tires at the tire rack over the years never once they f up an order or has it ever been a misunderstanding,my first and only time with mod bargains, they couldn't deliver.

Like I don't have enough sh1t goin on already...now i have to follow up on an order of 2 sets of spacers + wheel bolts.

Wow. That is about the most terrible thing I have heard all week - it JUST eclipses having two close friends diagnosed with terminal cancer, and finding out another close friend has been being abused by her husband of 12 years, who has also lost their house, his job, and all savings due to a hidden cocaine habit.......

Dude. Look at it THIS way - it's not about how they screwed up your order. It's more about what are they going to do to make it RIGHT. Nobody's perfect (I have had Tire Rack orders screwed up - one, even to my ADVANTAGE). If they come through, give credit where it is due.
They're SPACERS. I have it on fairly good authority that your car will run fairly well without them (you might lack about 100bhp or so, but it will still function, I believe).

When the vendor makes it right, which they undoubtedly will, all will be well again. You can put away the automatic rifle, and stop watching reruns of "Falling Down"....

Just my two cents. Don't mean to trivialize. Really.

You know instead of buying an M3,get you like a $15,000 car and give the rest of the money to a cancer charity. Two of your close friends got diagnosed with cancer that will be a really nice thing to do for em. You know a $15,000 car will get you from point A to point B just fine.

I had a few problems with mod-bargains too but no biggie.

Here are some good ones for spacers if you return for refund and want to order somewhere else.

Good Vendor

Another good vendor

I do sympathize with the OP but there is no vendor in the world that f's up an order on purpose. They will correct it I am sure.

And I do agree that EAS is a great company!

That would in effect be decreasing the amount I already donate - either directly by cash, or (I find, often more efficacious) by giving my time, no matter how crazy it gets. Even though we have a MediCare system up here in Canuck-land, it sure as hell doesn't mean everything is free.... some things, money cannot buy...

Glad you're getting over the screw up with the vendor.

Have a better week!

I know it's not the end of the world and at the end of the day nobody died etc.

I'm just sharing my experiences with mod bargains with you that's all.
Next time I'll use EAS,they might turn out to be like TC kline (actually enjoyed talkin to Pete a lot) or the Tire Rack, that's all.

I'm sure some people here don't like waiting 9 days just to find out they received the wrong products and with missing items.

Don't be a total jerk to Mod Bargains. I understand your whiny, bitchy world has been turned upside down by their inconsiderate treatment of you, O great princess. Too bad you weren't smart enough to find your spacers along with the rest of your Tirerack order. By the way, the best spacers come from Rogue Engineering, but I'm afraid they might put the tape on crooked on your shipping box and then you'd be in a tizzy again. Heaven forbid, we'd have to listen to another of your tirades.

Really, What were you thinking when you started this thread? Did you think we'd all come to your defense and bash MB along with you? Did you think we'd all think MB sucks because some princess told us so?

It makes me laugh when I read your comments radiation joe. That is too hilarious. BTW, I had a problem ordering a supersprint exhaust from MB. It wasn't their fault; rather, it was BMP's fault. BUt, Ron at MB took care of the problem. Even though BMP messed up twice! Hey, I would still order products from them. Life is too short! It ain't worth it to loose sleep over metal.

I was expecting jerks like you to defend MB,find the spacers under M3 on the tire rack site and let me know.

It's not that hard to double check such a simple order before it's shipped out.Sorry unlike you I'm used to quality vendors like TC kline etc .

RJ was not too tactful in his response, but I have to agree with his points. Public posts about vendor issues like this should only be in a thread if they purposely jerk you around, or fail to get thngs right after repeated attempts. Every vendor will screw up once in a while.
