E93 questions
Hello all,
sorry if these questions were covered before, but i need quick answers before I make my decision on e92 vs. e93 1. is e93 hard top steal or aluminum? 2. any issues with e93 Hard top issues from leaks, wear, tear, dust going in cabin, etc? 3. can the back windows come all the way down with the hard top on/closed? 4. any issues with the e93 cabin maintaining adequate cooling or heat vs. coupe/sedan? 5. can the e93 hard top glass be tinted? 6. how does the e93 handle adults sitting in the back seat? can they sit normally or they have to duck?! thnxs again. |

1. pretty sure it's steel construction
2. had mine for 3 weeks so i wouldn't be one to answer on a wear and tear review. 3. yes (favorite feature besides the convertible itself, no c pillar..just like the clk black series) 4. none 5. yes, i have medium tint all around 6. full size seats for full size adults...no ducking |

I have a 2008 E93 M
My responce to your questions are the same as mkoesel states. The only thing I want to add is the head / leg room is the same as a E92. If your not into racing the E93 is the way to go. |

Location of where the car resides most of the time would be a concern...I live in cali and not a wanna be racer plus the dealer gave me a great deal so I went with the convertible. If your going to buy it and not lease...be careful...a friend of mine had a 335i convertible and after 3 yrs it started to rattle FYI...and they are NOT cheap to fix from what I hear
