Any thoughts on this CAI?

I am a new M3 owner and this is only my second thread so please be gentle. I have been looking into CAI's and I found a AFE Magnum Force Stage 2 CAI that claims HP gains up to 18, Tq to 15, and airflow increased by 41%. All of the other ones I found are in the 3-9 hp gain range. Is this AFE BS? Good/bad, reliable, etc??? I'm now also hesitant on the CAI after reading the article and thread that its possible CAI's reduce HP.... Info needed.. Thanks all...

the stock system is pretty much CAI. don't waste your money unless you love to open up your hood to showoff.

Dave on the board here may see this thread. He has a stage 2 AFE and actually dyno'd his car. He did get a few HP gain. Probably nice intake sound when you open the butterflies.
