DSG Discussion on SPEED Test Drive (US TV)
On SPEED Test Drive (US television), they showcased the 07' VW GTI Mk V. Much of the commentary/discussion was devoted to the VW's new 6-speed DSG gearbox. They talked about what DSG was, showed it in action, and talked a little about launch control. Of course all I could think about while watching was the new M3.
I know its not specific to BMW, and nothing too technical, but it was quite interesting regardless as we all look forward to BMW's version of DSG. And it was filmed out at Miller Motorsports Park outside Salt Lake City - that's my backyard track! Check your TiVo for airings... http://www.speedtv.com/features/1026/ |
