I have tracked with Michelin PSS (in my limited track experience) but am thinking about switching to R888's as well since they will fit on the stock ZCP wheels and should provide more grip in all circumstances (except wet). I look forward to hearing your reviews of them. By the way, what tires are you running now?

I'm running AD08's. I ended up doing one more day with these tires so no R888 review yet. I have another event in 2 weeks which I'll have the new tires on for.

Great time! Do you know what lap times you were doing before the TD tires? I want to gauge how many seconds the TD would shave off of rs3's. Thanks.

Ran NT01 once there in December and did 2:03. If I came back on NT01, I think I could've done 2:02, may be high 2:01 if I get lucky.

I was still getting used to the car, I still think I can shave off another few seconds in this form. Bone stock car with just suspension.

Hi.

I have a VF620 kit like you, and I was doing 2:01.5 on R-S3 tires. I switched to TD and went straight to 1:59.2 without any troubles. I know I can pick up 0.2 and get into 1:58 territory. I just need to be cleaner and smoother. (My fastest segments/splits in Harry's Lap Timer add up to 1:58.5).

At the end of the day, all I can say is that TD's feel amazing.

If you're on TD's, you will do better than 2:00. The grip is incredible. The way they can go through corners is phenomenal. However, be aware that they seem to be the fastest right when they're brand new. Three of us have had the same experience------you have fresh TD's on the car; you go out and the first couple hot laps net some incredible times; then the rest of the day you're chasing those times and never seem to get back there. So, hopefully, you'll have some open track on your first hot laps with those tires.

Also, watch the outside driver's front tire. For me, it wore faster than the edges of the rest of the tires, and I have over -3 degrees of front camber. Off-Ramp, the entry to Cotton Corners, Riverside and Sweeper are some of the most abusive turns at BW 13CW, and they all turn to the right, so the driver-side front outer edge gets hammered. After a couple sessions, I suggest switching the front tires (which means running them backwards) to share the abuse on the driver's front outside edge.

As far as size, I went 265/35/18, 295/30/18 (APEX ARC-8). Works awesome with the blower.

Good to see everyone yesterday! Finally got to meet OC3

So I was driving Nerwyll's car because my car is at the body shop and I ended up doing a 1:56.060 with his car First session out I some how picked up a BOLT (not a nail) in my left rear tire and get a flat in turn 4. Glad I didn't end up blowing up the tire on the banking. Ran the car with my spare 245/40/18's in the front and then the front tires I had on 275/35/18 I put in the rear.
