Thanks buddy! I'm one of the few that likes the chrome haha. I'll keep it as is until I get bored of it. I've got the car exactly how I want it to look and sound.

Went on a solo drive this morning. Figured it was time to record a better video of my exhaust setup.

Great video but still doesn't do justice to the sound your car makes IRL. FYI Highway 378 takes you from Columbia all the way to Myrtle Beach and is one of the sweetest roads in the state. We are due for another ride

Thanks! I really like them. They do definitely ride stiffer than my stock non-ZCP setup, but if I told someone that has never been in an M3, they'd never know. I wouldn't hesitate to daily drive this setup. And the drop is right where I want it to be (looks great, but not insanely low that I have to watch every speed bump).
Springs combined with all the other mods I have made that mountain run such a fun experience. Everything really works in harmony. Having said that, my rear brakes sound like a garbage truck, might be time for new rotors, I'm not sure.

Take the wheels off and measure the pads with a feeler gauge. You can use your thumbs to go across the rotor surface to see if they are scored and need to be replaced. Original set still on there?

Agreed. I love how it can be so many different colors depending on the light. My friend took this picture with his cellphone, it almost looks like Techno Violet (granted the he's got some crazy filter going on)

Had a chance to drive my friend's 991 C2S back to back with my M3, so I figured I'd leave a short review comparing the 2:
What I like on the Porsche more than the M3: + Interior is gorgeous, but that's obvious + Less body roll than my M on Swift springs + Perfectly weighed clutch + So much more grip coming out of corners What I thought was better on the M3 - Engine noise, no comparison - I thought my friend was exaggerating, but between 2-4k, that 911 really isn't all that fast. I'm sure it's just deceptive, but it feels like a dead spot, then past 5k it pulls like crazy. - Even with center muffler delete, the car is very quiet Both amazing cars to be honest, I still don't think they really compete against each other, but it was nice to get to drive them back to back. I still plan on owning both one day.

It's crazy how the light plays on Sparkling Graphite. I had never understood it until I started photographing it. I've taken pics of this thing in all kinds of lighting and it's the craziest color I've shot yet.
These were taken at sunset with less than optimal lighting but it's so cool how the sunset lighting plays across the lines of this car and really gives you a nice spectrum of color. |

Yeah, the 2k-4k power thing is likely due to either the torque curve or the way the variable valve timing is set on the 911. Especially if it pulls like a freight train after a certain RPM. The weight distribution on the 911 likely aids the superior traction our of corners. Is your friend's 911s a Targa? |

Thanks Matt! Much appreciated
Was going through your pictures (amazing btw) and now you got me wondering about a GTS lip. What made you change from splitters? Mine don't really fit all that well and it's bothering me, so I'm thinking it might be time for a chance. Btw, maybe it's just your pics, but are your angel eyes OEM, or did you go yellow on them? Looks great in the pics.
