is this worth my time getting ? does it make as much improvement as they say it does?

Wouldn't that do essentially the same thing as pressing the "Power" button?

nope power button gives a fast response to your gas pedal. but im not really sure if its really as great as they say it is.

It doesn't do nothing that your foot can't do. Just mash the gas pedal lol.

it takes the delay out of the gas pedal though it supposedly gives it a fast reaction time when you step on it when you go threw the modes.

Had this on my e60. Does make a difference in terms of making the throttle response more sensitive, but I personally wasn't a fan.

Dont get how this would be any different than setting the throttle to sport or sport+...

The effect was very similar on the e60, not sure exactly how well it would behave on the M.

I've tried it on a E60 M5 and works great
I've tried on a E92 M3... doesn't work so great. Just drive in M mode and you don't need it.
