Wow - Never seen this airbox before. Is it on BMW's website? If not, who's the maker? Totally interested.
Can you provide some more info? Thanks for posting. |

Looks like it's the Motorsports intake plenum. I wonder if you can also get the intake system.

There is another thread where members have commented on the sound of a new filter and I beleive it was Pencilgeek who mentioned that the stock vs this design were about the same and he therefore contributed his results to be mostly a result of a less restricted filter. This piece in cf sure looks nice but I wonder if the sound is actually from the filter and not necessarily the new airbox???

Looks good. Would you care to let us know where you got this? The video is not that conclusive for the sound. I have the GruppeM intake + Exhaust and their intake is very nice and throaty. This is very good looking though.

Well, I sell them in Germany - I donīt know if there is an importer in the US yet.
It regular comes without the CSL - M Power sticker due to copyrights. Pictures show the box of my own car! |

Just pinged a contact at Bimmerworld about more info on this part. Hopefully he'll be able to give some more info on its design, how much power it adds, etc.

Itīs quite simple - the M392 is quicker than the M346 CSL!!! No matter where - on the road or on track I had one of the first E92 and now all my buddies with CSL are switching also I canīt believe that this car costs only 55% of the German price in the US |
