Good deal on 2009 M3?

I just bought a new 2009 335i - but I want to trade it in for a new 2009 M3 fully loaded. My 335i now has about 2,000 miles on it.

Looking at $38k for my trade-in and $66k + tax and title for the M3.

Are these good numbers?
