i was tolled e90 m3 is the same as e92/93 m3

^ you're wrong, e90 is a different part number that is shorter. This exhaust will fit, but it will stick out about 2" too much and look dumb.

(Drake, going price on this exhaust is more like $700 or so brand new. I sold mind for $6xx shipped. I forget exactly. You might do better since you have a wider audience being that it is an e92 part, but just FYI)
