New M3 Owner Saying Hello

I recently purchased a 2011 M3 Space Gray DCT ZCP, after deciding I simply would not be happy with the new Golf R (I know very different class/category of cars but alas). Just wanted to say hello to the forum and share a pic or two of my new baby!

Thanks I am pretty excited about it, unfortunately the area I live has been hit with snow pretty hard lately (and it looks to continue) so the car has spent some time just parked, but I am looking into a winter wheel/tire setup to help remedy that!

Nice car! Almost looks like that gold Individual Color with lighting in the first pic lol.

I was considering a '15 GTI SE or used Golf-R as well. But one test drive of an e9x M3, my mind was made up!

If you split the difference between Tyson's corner and Leesburg along rt 7 (Drainesville rd and rt 7 if you are familiar). On the border of Fairfax county and Loudoun county.

Welcome and good choice! I used to own a gti and thus heavily considered upgrading to a golf r, even looked at a apr stage 3 tuned version, but ultimately the m3 is so much more car for the money and is superior in nearly all aspects. Enjoy this beautiful beast like I have and don't look back!
