E90 M3 Performance BMW Spoiler CRT theme!

Just got my delivery from IND! Now I need to find some time to install. Finish looks amazing. Just a subtle touch with the CRT but makes it look differet

Just installed it

Masking tape to protect paint from the sawing action with your choice of dental floss, fishing line. I used wrapping ribbon

What is left after you remove the spoiler, tape that is very hard to remove.

Surface cleaned amazingly clean, I had planned to use Goo b gone with a heat gun. Heat gun did not help much, goo be gone was only good when the residue was thin. What worked very quickly was 3M adhesive remove with a plastic razor blade. It made quick work of the tape.

Mounted spoiler! IB CRT line is very subtle.

Was thinking red or some other color would have stood out more but like the subtlety

Sorry, was so tired when I did it, just wanted to get it on. I just used two strips of the 3M VHB tape and placed it close to edge on each side. No tape need on area that mounts to the rear of the trunk.

It is almost hidden if you don't know to look for it. Looks almost like a reflection of the body paint.

IND does great work! I took a look at the paint and it seems like it was done like that from the factory. Wish I did not already have my front splitters or I would do them as well.

I hate this mod bug, I thought when i bought this car, it would be stock as it is the daily driver. Now I have more mods on this car than my M coupe, that is until I get the suspension on the M coupe.

Thinking about putting a rear diffuser on the M3 now, not sure if it will make it look too modded. Maybe save this for next summer....
