i'm still trying to figure out what she is by her accent. im leaning towards iranian? but a lot of our north indian women talk/look like that as well. either way i want to smack her wtf does cursing have to do with how well educated she is

Metro North... Connecticut/Upstate New York. It's like the Long Island Rail Road and the Path. They go to the City but they are certainly not like a city subway. On the subway you can get away with damn near anything. On these trains there are conductors walking through the cars every few minutes.

Theres no way she was being too loud. Ive seen people on metro north being completely obnoctious and rude to everyone around them and they havent gotten kicked off. That girl must have done something to that conductor to really tick her off.

I think she has a slight british accent. She was probably "educated" in the UK when she was younger and came to the states and got herself well educated in west conn or something.

she is 100% from fairfield county Ct. either Ridgefield or Greenwich, maybe stamford.
