Nothing I can do, I dont really care either to be honest. Those pics were taken by me, sent to 360 for editing and then uploaded to a bunch of sites. so IF Forged Collection is affiliated with 360 (which they must be somewhat as they are selling their rims) then Forged Collection can use the pics...just like anyone else can who finds them online, or anywhere!

right. but i also took the pictures for their use, like putting it into their brochure and website..etc.

I sent them the pictures to use however they wanted to use, I dont give a shit. Its a damn picture of my car. As long as my plate isnt showing, I dont care!

Everyone who posts pictures here of their car has no idea where or how those pictures may be used. Am I gonna go and make a fuss about it ? Perhaps sue the guys?

It looks like they no longer exist on this board! The posts that I had seen of theirs are nowhere to be found?!?! That is weird. Am I wrong? I just received an e-mail from them, saying they are a new company, not an old one. I think that goes against what they have told us all.

Also, the only way they could have received my e-mail address, is from 360 Forged!!! That pisses me off. This really proves that it is just another front company, to try and "start fresh" so people forget about what 360 Forged did in the past. It won't work, and is not so far.

I could be wrong but unless you copyright a picture it can pretty much be used by whoever and you cant do anything about it, especially if you post them somewhere (they weren't stolen from your house or anything).

Exactly..problem is some people on this forum think that their M3 is a top secret, highly classified object. If you post ANY pictures of your car on the net, you have risked the possibility that someone, somewhere may use your picture.

I personally couldn't care less, especially when it is for "360" (whoever that may be now)

A bit off topic, but what is the big deal about someone seeing your tag in a pic? If someone wants to steal your car/wheels/whatever they will eventually see you driving around and either follow you or get your tag...am I missing something???
